1 Dauid incourageth himselfe to praise God. 5 Hee prayeth for Gods assistance according to his promise. 11 His confidence in Gods helpe.

1 [A song or Psalme of Dauid.] O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing & giue praise, euen with my glory.

2 Awake psaltery and harpe: I my selfe will awake early.

3 I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: and I wil sing praises vnto thee among the nations.
